Storm has been upgraded to Very Intense Tropical Cyclone with severe risk of deadly landslidesCyclone Freddy, upgraded to a Very Intense Tropical Cyclone on 19 February, is expected to make landfall in Madagascar this week, with fatalities likely.The previous tropical cyclone to affect the country was Cheneso, which struck about a month ago and caused dozens of deaths.
