Returning from dog walk at 8:35-8:40 pm 11/21/20. was not wearing glasses at time. noticed single orange, unblinking light at what appeared to be a "normal" airplane traveling height. did not resemble airplane- only orange light, no tail/wing flashing lights. i ran inside to get glasses. returned as it was passing overhead and could see that it was donut shaped: an orange ring . if i held my arm out and were to "grab it" with my fingertips, the object was a 1/4". stayed in a steady, continuous path...
