Time Traveller in the Canadian West

I was mooching through several online videos when I came across this one. It was actually a part of a online article, Express.co.uk- Time travel SHOCK: Does this 1917 photo prove time travel is possible?. The British website wouldn't allow copying of the video URL, so I did a little search and found the video on YouTube, which I now present here.
The man who made the video, Jamie D. Grant, swears it is not a hoax on his part and that no photo editing was done. So until we know more, I'll take him at his word. However, that doesn't mean the author of the book wasn't above doing something of of that nature, especially if he's some kind of joker. Anyway, what do you all think?
Now on to the video.
Time Travel proof found. Truth or Illusion
