Time of Sighting: 10 PM Local Time
Description: I saw a hovering light in the sky which emitted a beam into a cloud as an airplane enters into the same cloud. There was a bright orange flash inside the cloud and then the airplane came out of the other side of the cloud. Note to Commenters:
