Automatic Copyright Added

We've added another extension, Copyright-in-footer by dmzx.

It uses the start (date) year of the board to the current year.

The extension will automate the copyright dating each future year from here on out. Otherwise, the new extension shouldn't have any other effect on the board. If any member (or Guest) should notice aberrations please contact the board admin by email, be specific in your explanation.
