Transistors are electronic components that amplify and control the flow of electricity inside most existing electronic devices. Researchers at Pohang University of Science and Technology and the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China have recently designed and realized high-performance transistors using CsSnI3, a metal halide perovskite.
